The GLBT community has yet to be treated equally by the institutions in American society. I petition that full marriage rights should be given to all desiring same-sex couples, as well as the rights which accompany being a legally recognized heterosexual couple (insurance, healthcare, etc).
You can't say that "It Gets Better" without actually taking the steps to make it better.
