The Second Amendment to the Constitution otherwise known as the supreme law of the land states: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The court case of United States v. Miller illegally outlawed firearms considered unusual such as short barreled shotguns and fully automatic guns. This country does not need more gun control, but to recognize what the document that governs our nation says.
