To recognize the seconded amendment

To recognize that the seconded amendment to the constitution means that we the people have the right to keep and bear arms, that we have the right to rise up and form a militia to fight for our freedoms as it states in the declaration of independence “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security” also that the rights shall not be infringed.
