We seek the unconditional recognition of the full sovereignty of an Internet Embassy that will reside as a piece of land within United States territory, to be ruled by the sole creator of this petition.
The mission of this embassy is to take full advantage of its sovereign status to promote Internet freedom, privacy, and technological progress in a future in which this new Internet age will continue to be misunderstood by the worlds ruling class.
We intend to host respectable websites that are fearful of frivolous lawsuits, and websites that demand absolute privacy and anonymity for its creators/users.
I am a computer programmer who has never spoken with a politician. I am currently alone in this effort, and I received no assistance writing this document.
