Recognize the State of Maryland's right to withdraw from the United States!
The Maryland Constitution declares "That all Government of right originates from the People, is founded in compact only, and instituted solely for the good of the whole; and they have, at all times, the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their Form of Government in such manner as they may deem expedient."
Peacefully recognize that the State of Maryland which began only as a state; has the right to withdraw from the United States and reclaim its sovereign statehood (a return to normalcy) and create its own government.
