The NFL has an extensive amount of players abusing illegal drugs. The MLB also had a very similar issue in previous years but fixed it through more strict rules and testing. I propose that the NFL should adopt the MLB's policy on substance abuse. In doing so, the abuse should drop in the NFL and prevent many injuries.
