For public schools to teach only evolutionary theories of the origin and future of the universe and mankind is an unconstitutional establishment of religion and violation of the free exercise of religion for those who believe in a Creator God. This is because the guiding belief of Evolution that only natural forces could have produced both the universe & humanity is arbitrary & impossible to prove. In other words, it is just as much a pure belief or tenet of faith as belief in the existence of a God Who can and has intervened in the physical world. And it is false to hold that a belief in supernatural influence destroys Science. Indeed, in order for supernatural activity to be seen as such, the natural order which Science studies (and of which miracles are exceptions) must be assumed.
