The Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004 legally recognizes an unborn child as a human and legal victim, if they are injured or killed during the commission of any of over 60 listed federal crimes of violence. The law defines unborn child as a human at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb.
Unborn children are not recognized as humans or victims when a mother and doctor decide to abort the child. How can our laws recognize unborn children as human and still allow abortion?
The asinine discretion of our people, legislative, judicial and executive branches is sickening and criminal. Our history books gawk at the barbarity of past civilizations. I fear our methodical murder of unborn children will mark this generations atrocities among the worst this world has ever seen.
