Protect the 2nd Amendment and tell the administration to withdraw its support for the Arms Trade Treaty. Individuals need to be held accountable for their own actions and society should not be held responsible for the actions of a few. By supporting the Arms Trade Treaty, we let other countries dictate what our polices are. The treaty violates the 2nd amendment and by supporting it, the administration puts law abiding citizens in jeopardy by restricting firearms. The ban is over inclusive and treats weapons that simply look like assault weapons as weapons of mass destruction. The laws on the books already limit automatic weapons. The notion that guns shows are where criminals gain control of guns is wrong, the same rules apply in gun shows that apply in retail stores.
