It has been a long train of abuse that our goverment has stop recognizing the peoples voice. It is high time that the federal, even state governmets stop inacting laws and regulation without the peoples power of say. Such as dipping their hands into our schools, small businesses and farming. Our government, for many decades, has been picking and choosing which laws and regulation we the people have the right to give consent.
It is the power of the people to give power to our government as stated in our founding documents.
The Decleration of Independents states: "To secure this rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just power from the consent of the governed"
The Constitution states: "We the People of the United States"...Not we the government of the socialist states.
