To recognize that a well regulated militia is represented by each state within the national guard.

Created by J.C. on April 24, 2013

I believe that only those who are either past or present members of either the armed forces, the national guard or police protective services should be allowed possession of firearms that are not specifically intended for the purpose is hunting. These protective weapons should be limited by their capacity and caliber for personal use off base or off duty. Thereby, only by serving and being fully trained can a citizen be giving the right to possess a weapon/firearm constructed with the intent to kill fellow human beings. This also assists in maintaining a larger degree of accountability.
