Recognize that West Virginia stands firm for gun rights and the abolishment of exploitation by the media.

It has been called to our attention that the majority of American's voices are not being heard. The state of West Virginia, on behalf of those Americans, would like to stand firm that the attack on our gun rights cease. We also stand firm in the belief that tragedies not be exploited by the media to push political agendas and hereby call for such practices to be abolished. We the people value our Constitution and all of the freedoms it protects.
