Recognize the will of the mayority of the United States citizens of Puerto Rico for Puerto Rico to become a State.

We,born citizens of The United States born in Puerto Rico,overwhelmingly voted in November 2012 to reject our present colonial status and chose to vote for a statehood status. A final proof would be to suggest to Congress to authorize a new Pebiscite with two options,
Statehood or Independence.
No middle of the road alternatives.
This would end our colonial status and for once the US citizens ling in this beautiful island ,upon voting for Statehood once more ,would be able to contribute civically as well as financially to this great country and thus be able to vote for the President of the United States of America.
