Recognize the will of the people and remove marijuana from the controlled substances act.

A recent poll conducted by Pew Research Center has shown that the fight for marijuana legalization has reached its tipping point. This is the same "accurate" organization that predicted you to win the election Mr. President. Fifty two percent of all United States Citizens favor the legalization and regulation of Marijuana and forty five percent do not. In election terms that's pretty much a landslide. Over seventy percent of us say the Federal Government's efforts to enforce marijuana laws cost more than they are worth. Please do the right thing and stop this prohibition. It is destroying millions of lives and we have been trying to speak to you for some time. We have heard all the excuses. Change the Federal law with a stroke of a pen, modify the international treaty and do what's right!
