Recognize that women have an inherent and God-given right to do as they wish with their bodies. The "war on women" has kept it's Victorian heel on the throats of women engaged in the worlds oldest profession - prositution - and it must be removed.
Legalizing prostituion would also bring with it regulation and taxation, both notable policy goals. Regulation of the prostitution industry would target women being forced into the profession, as well as regulating the heath of the providers. With a deficit of $1.6T, the federal and state governments could well-use the monetary infusion that a tax on prostitution would bring.
