to recommend to the Congress that a Constitutional Convention be held to update the one we have or draft a new one.

There has not been a US Constitutional Convention in America since 1787. It is, in my opinion, time to hold one. Either to update the one in which we have there by keeping laws that still apply and are enforced in it or doing completely away with the Constitution in its current form and drafting a new one. It is past time to bring America into the 21st Century there by preserving ourselves and our Union for a greater tomorrow.
