To recommend a Constitutional Amendment to LIMIT the use of TREATIES so that no treaty may be used to diminish Rights!

Created by J.E. on November 19, 2012

TREATY LIMITS AMENDMENT – _____
Sect. 1 -No Treaty, agreement or provisions thereof, made or entered into by any act of any branch of government, agency or official, shall diminish, set aside, restrain or relinquish the authority granted or rights reserved in this Constitution, of any branch of government, any court, any state or any individual.
Sect. 2 – This Amendment limits provisions and authority of the words “Treaty” or “Treaties” as used in ARTICLES 1, 2, 3 and 6 of The U.S. Constitution. The U.S. Constitution shall withstand any treaty.
WE NEED THIS AMENDMENT, NOW! You can be for or against the results of any such treaties, but the fact remains that, regardless of your personal position, our individual liberty and our representative government is being eliminated by each treaty.
