These can be applicable in USA and some other developed countries:
if a young citizen under 40 years of age, violate these behavior, and in very serious cases, can be discharged their nationality:
1 Very serious crime, such as: Murder, Arson, Bank robbery, make explosion, Poisoning, drug trafficking, rape etc., and the person have absconded (Or maybe have absconded to other country), and still ignore the warning.
2 Harm national security, or leak state secrets, the behavior is very serious, or the person have absconded, and still ignore the warning.
3 Soldier will renegade, and the behavior is very serious.
4 A citizen if he or she was a foreigner in before, will be surveied and confirmed, when the person joined the nationality, has cheated, and the behavior is very serious.
