Recommend impeachment for any senator who fails to fulfill his duties for refusing to vote on Supreme Court nominee.

Republicans senators have conspired to block any nominees to the Supreme Court by President Obama by simply not bringing it to a vote. This is in direct violation of their oath of office and a complete failure to fulfill their promises to the Amercian People. With a Supreme Court so evenly ideologically split, it is imperative we, as a functioning country/government, have this vacancy filled as soon as possible. The extended time needed for the next president to nominate and then have their nominee confirmed would be a severe detriment to this nation.
