2 Have college diploma (2 or 3 years of school system) or higher, or have enough any other skill, can guarantee to work hard and can have stable job and have enough income since the near future.
3 Have other immense talent, or the person will be a very useful talent.
4 Over 40 years of age, and have over enough years tax records, and have enough good credit history.
5 Have young children need to raise.
