4 In some developed countries,citizen's parents have permanent residents status:
If the citizen handle the immigration for their parents.In the country,their parents can continue stay in the country with permanent resident status.But can't be got any benefits!If their parents has joined nationality,will be revoked their nationality,retain their permanent resident status.
But if citizens or permanent residents' parents are permanent resident status,and if not have work experience,can contribute pension accumulative over 10 years

In USA,this policy is same as above.
