About citizen or permanent resident's spouse(not citizen) divorce:
If citizen or permanent resident's spouse have permanent residents status or temporary residents status, because citizen or permanent resident's spouse is attendant when the citizen or permanent resident immigrate to the country in the past.So the citizen or permanent resident's spouse was not the the main applicant of the immigrant.

When this situation of citizen or permanent resident's spouse will divorce,will be revoked his(or her) permanent resident status. But when he(or she) conform these the following situations,will not be revoked his(or her) permanent resident status:
1 The person have college diploma (2 or 3 years of school system) or higher, and have stable job and have enough income some years ,and he(or she)'s
