4 If the permanent resident have 10 years validity permanent resident status, when the permanent resident want to handle Family-based immigration for their spouse and parents, when their spouse and parents enter USA, can be got 10 years validity permanent resident status.

5 Minor permanent resident status period of validity:
a. If the permanent resident under 13 years of age:
If one of the child's parent have 10 years validity permanent resident status, or U.S. citizen, the child can be got 10 years validity permanent resident status.
If the child's parents all not have 10 years validity permanent resident status (or not U.S. citizen), the child have the permanent resident status period of validity same as their parents.
