For Exceptional Meritorious Service to our Nation and Our Nations Soldiers on their way to and from Combat Zones. Since 2005, they have greeted over 170,000 Soldiers on over 800 flights at any time of day or night. The Pease Greeters greet all Military Personnel Deploying or Redeploying to Combat Zones and Abroad. They offer doughnuts, coffee, and more importantly, a cell phone to call loved ones free of charge to the Military Personnel, and someone to say that they appreciate what they have sacrificed for this Country.
