recommend the Treasury to keep Alexander Hamilton on the $10 bill

It was chosen that a woman will replace Alexander Hamilton, the Treasury Secretary and musical hero, in a redesign for the $10 bill. We oppose this decision and request open consideration of alternatives which do not conflict with Treasury interests and legacies.
We recognize that the Treasury allows public input on the redesign through measures like the #TheNew10. However, we also believe they were too poorly marketed and prematurely conceived to be effective. While representing minorities is crucial for our American tradition of diversity, Hamilton's removal risks the Administration of erasing a Founding Father from the product of his own creation -esp. when more appropriate measures like swapping anti-U.S. Bank President Jackson from the $20 with a woman, instead, were not taken.
