For citizen or permanent resident's child when over 18 years of age:
If citizen or permanent resident has handled Family-based immigration for their minor child, but now the child have been over 18 years of age. Or citizen or permanent resident has handled Family-based immigration for their adult child (correspond F1, F2B or F3 kinds Family-based immigration). Now their adult child still permanent resident status, not joined nationality.
If the adult child want to keep their permanent resident status. Or when the adult child's old permanent resident certificate will expiration, want to replace new permanent resident certificate, all should fulfill these:
Must go to work, or do business, and should tax payment. Or go to school.
