The purpose of this petition is to find out what the AFRICOM Commander's (General Carter Hamm's) recommended course of action was for responding to the attack in Benghazi on 9/11/12. The unclassified Accountability Review Board Report states only that there was not enough time for a military response. There was enough time to get an AFRICOM unarmed surveillance aircraft and a backup there. Why not other assets? Did Mullen and Pickering question General Hamm or any of his staff? This is not addressed in the Accountability Review Board Report.
