1 Thailand, India, UAE, Kuwait, Greece, South Italy, Malta, Iceland, Mexico, Brazil, Chile etc., these less developed countries' citizen, if want to handle any developed countries' visitor visa, the policy will not be changed.
2 For anyother less developed countries people (China, Vietnam, Pakistan, Russia etc.), all of developed countries will tighten up the visitor visa policy.

a. Only Officers, civil servants, staff members of nationalized mechanisms and companies, can apply and handle any developed countries' visitor visa. And they can travel to any developed countries by group only. Individual will be prohibited to travel to any developed countries.
