RECONDITION Army Regulation 670-1 TO ALLOW MEN AND WOMEN TO SERVE OUR COUNTRY DESPITE THEIR PHYSICAL APPEARANCES!

Created by T.B. on September 05, 2014

Please reconsider and recondition Army Regulation 670-1 to allow men and women who wish to voluntarily serve their country the opportunity to do so, despite physical appearances such as tattoos, piercings, gauged piercings, scars, brands, etc (as long as said markings still adhere to guidelines of not representing anything to be construed as offensive, racist, sexist, or vulgar in any manner.) There is no amount of professionalism lost to individuals possessing such markings as the current guidelines speculate, and the current decision to not allow these individuals their constitutional right to not be discriminated against in such ways and enlist may inadvertently be handicapping the United States armed forces by losing potential assets. Please consider. Thank you for your time.
