Its a growing problem that has been ignored and poorly handled for way too long. it happens in schools, at work and online and it doesnt happen to just kids anymore. we need to really take a real look at this problem and some action is quickly needed. By making it a federal hate crime anyone commits a crime and its proven to be motivatve by being a bullying then the fed hate crime should apply and the max punshimet as well "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness." What happend to that? That needs to comeback asap!
