Reconsider actions of the 4th Ammendment used in public school systems

Created by B.H. on December 02, 2014

I am asking to address a current issue in our school system’s with modern technology. With today's modern technology it allows parents to track as well as have a safety net by using cell phones for such purposes. Individually owned technology is faster and more reliable that public school information released to parents in an emergeny. It should not be legally protected for a public school system to retain a personnel cell phone of which does not belong to the student for 5 days or more. In today's society cellular devices have replaced many home phones and are a safety net for working families as well as single parents.
