As a parent of special needs children I know personally how changing the autism diagnosis criteria will affect the children/adults who desperately need autism services. Changing the criteria affects the services needed to help our children of the future succeed.instead of worrying about the increase in numbers, we should worry about improved ways to help all those in the autism community. Please Reject the new dsm criteria from being put into place.
