Life sentences were given to 14, 15 and 16 year old youths under SB440 who having no prior violations were not allow to go through the normal rehabilitation programs in family courts. 100's of these children in Georgia are now serving life sentences. 100's of these children are now adults who have grown up in prisons in Georgia. Develop rehabilitation programs and allow access for this prison population for opportunities to help themselves become productive tax payers.
