Reconsider the NASA human space flight program funding.

This petition is to help us save nasa! I have dreams of being an astronaut one day and we need nasa to get more funding so we can continue the human space flight program. We are in a new space race to Mars or the moon and we need to have the funding to do this! We also need a new form of the space shuttle. The USA is currently paying Russia 70 MILLION dollars per ride on a Soyuz to the space station. Let's help the USA and NASA win the space race!!!!
