Right now, if I want to buy a soda at school, I have to buy a diet one. I can't even buy a Gatorade because its "too sugary". There are many points that I can argue that make diet drinks worse than regular drinks, one being that aspartame has been found to cause MS-like symptoms in many people who drink too many diet drinks. I believe that we should be able to make our own decisions regarding our health, especially in a high school. It is not the governments place to tell us that we can only drink diet drinks in school. Please look at this law again and consider repealing it. Schools should be able to sell both regular and diet drinks and let the consumer decide which they think is better for their health (they are both bad anyway)
