Nicholas Ely, inmate #77049, was convicted of 1st degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony on October 5, 2012 and was sentenced to life in prison plus five years in December of 2012.
We are asking that you reconsider Mr. Ely's case and either grant him a new trial or overturn the case altogether.
