To whom it may concern,
Recently, 5 citizens of Hong Kong, including the boss of a book store, Mr. Lee, are disappeared and are believed to be arrested, or say, kidnapped by the Chinese Authorities within the border of Hong Kong, according to the witness, Lee's wife.
This action has been ridiculously violated the Sino-British Joint Declaration, in which only the Hong Kong Police Force has been given the absolute authorities to arrest any suspects.
As long as the above treaties have been dishonoured by the Chinese government, Hong Kong is no longer the same place as described in the United States-Hong Kong Policy Act. The independency of the city has collapsed. Hence, this petition hereby is asking for abolishing the US-HK Policy Act.
