As American Citizens living in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; we are seeking that our rights and will of the 61% is respected. Furthermore; we would like for an active commission is created as an action group to pave the wave for the welfare of your citizens.
1- Equal rights & Treatment
2- Congressional Voting Representation
3- Admission to the Union as the 51st state.
We humbly ask for the second time because the 61% was previously ignored. My dream in life is to be a first class citizens as my brothers in the mainland.
