Jonathan Pollard acted as an agent for a foreign government and passed them information that did undisclosed harm to the security of the USA. He should not be released or paroled before he completes his sentence. Furthermore, if he is early released on 21 Nov 2015 he should remain under US Justice Department supervision for the full term of his original sentence (life). Under no circumstances should he be allowed to go to the country that he spied for.
