We petition the Obama administration to reelavulate the military's position on facial hair. The current requirements for a clean shaven face are sadly out of date. With other services from around the world allowing their soliders to grow facial while in uniform, the US lags behide in this standard. It would be a huge benefit to the services and the moral of the troops if they were given this privilege.
