We would like to see the invitation to Psy be rescinded based on his anti-American statements and actions during concerts and performances in his native country.
His 2004 performance of the song "Dear American" contained the following lyrics:
Kill those —— Yankees who have been torturing Iraqi captives
Kill those —— Yankees who ordered them to torture
Kill their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law, and fathers
Kill them all slowly and painfully
Anyone who utters these type of lyrics has no place in a celebration of Christmas in Washington. Permitting his performance at this show shows an acceptance of the person who would spew such lyrics.
It would be a disgrace to both Christmas and America to give this person such exposure.
