Recount the presidential election to INCLUDE absentee ballots from all 50 states.

Many voters are uneducated in this matter and it is rumored that the States do not count absentee ballots unless the election results beforehand are within a 10,000 vote margin. Absentee ballots are ballots from registered voters and should be included in election results regardless of what the margin is in any state.
