Recount the presidential election including the military absentee ballots regardless of the time received in the U.S.

Thousands of absentee ballots sent from Afghanistan were transported when required, but not received by the United States in time for the end of the election, and the government is refusing to count them. It is stated in the Constitution that citizens of the United States of America are given the right to vote, and it is a requirement to be a citizen of the USA when signing up to be a soldier for America. Furthermore, our soldiers are fighting overseas so that we may continue to have these rights. Therefore, the soldiers' votes should be counted for the election and not disregarded because they arrived a little bit late.
