I strongly believe there was fraud on the past April 14, 2013 Venezuelan presidential elections. Please do not reassign this task to ex-president Jimmy Carter. As Venezuelan I was disappointed on the poor job he performed a few years back "Supposedly Supervising a Referendum" As American I was deeply embarrassed that we couldn't send anything better than him. It's was disrespectful to the Venezuelan folks. His "supervisory" visit was just a BIG JOKE!!!
