recoup tax money spent by citizens to support corporate profits.

Created by J.D. on February 19, 2014

Some U.S. corporations make very large profits while paying very low wages. Many of their employees rely on medicaid and/or food stamps to make ends meet. In effect, the taxes we pay for these support services go directly into the hands of shareholders and executives for these companies.

Please recoup these losses from the corporations that abuse labor. Impose severe additional taxes on corporations if more than 20% of their employees qualify for food stamps, medicaid, or other benefits designed to offset poverty. These taxes should replenish state funds as well as the money spent to recoup this money.
