Whereas the People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) is actively pursuing a strategic nuclear weapon arsenal and;
Whereas the PRK is aggressively threatening US-Asian alliances and;
Whereas the PRK has knowingly withheld remains of fallen service members serving under flags of the US or UN-allied countries and;
Whereas the Geneva Conventions stipulate for return of known fallen forces in a timely manner and;
Whereas it is the moral responsibility of the Commander-in-Chief of United States Armed Forces to ensure the safe return of all armed forces, and in the case of armed conflict, to ensure the final return of ALL forces;
We, the undersigned, demand, through any means necessary, including military action, full accounting and retrieval of POW/MIA from the Korean Conflict immediately
