Recover four hundred plus (400+) acres of Land awarded African-Americans as condition for ending "Slavery" in America.

I, LeRoy Thomas, Floridian Born Christian Saint with God given Mission to expose human rights violations. I am Stepson of Jack Thomas, elderly African-American owner of 400+ acres of land was murdered, on video, to steal the land awarded African-Americans as condition for ending slavery in America.
Unsuccessful federal lawsuit found statute of limitation expired. The land, if recovered, will be used, as intended, and particularly, to construct "religious retreat", battered and abuse women and children shelter and teens boot camp. I speak for God, when I say, "this is what God wants"!
