Recovery from child abuse

Every child deserves to live out a healthy safe life. I propose that the abandoned property throughout the country be donated and funded for the recovery of abused and abandoned children. The property with or without structures and unused government property can be cleaned up and restored to a habitable condition by commitees that are already being formed. Building to suit for intake to provide medical and psychological recovery and individual plans that will enable their lives to continue with their needs meet. Safe housing and adoption services on site with connections to the social services to monitor their progress as they begin a new life free from abuse in happy healthy loving homes. The staff that will be nessicary will live on site ensuring the security and progress of project
