i feel as if the government legalized marijuana and sold it pubic in all states the money from marijuana could be use to fund the government.. Also could reduce risks of deaths from tobacco...Also have government facilities that you could buy marijuana from BUT you have to be over 18 and have a license for it which means no personal that have been convicted with felonies
