President Obama has multiple challenges to his policies and executive orders scheduled to be heard by the Supreme Court during this year. His potential nominee could clearly be selected based on the likelihood of ruling in favor of the President.
Therefore, We the People, are calling for President Obama to RECUSE himself from making a nomination based on this very clear Conflict of Interest. By doing so, the President will demonstrate his willingness to place Country over politics. The People will speak in the 2016 election and the new President should make the nomination.
